Note: Tesla was entrusted to fix the lighting system and powerhouse of Strasbourg railway station. During this work at the railway station Tesla built his first AC motor and dynamo. In 1894, Tesla invented an Electric Railway System (U.S. Patent 0514972), utilizing high potentials and high frequencies.
